女性生殖道解脲支原体感染与配偶预防治疗的临床观察

目的探讨女性生殖道解脲支原体(ureaplasma urealyticum,UU)感染的近远期疗效与配偶预防治疗的相关性。方法选取2015年1月至2018年1月深圳市宝安区妇幼保健院65例生殖道UU感染、配偶UU检测正常的妇女,随机分为两组,观察组治疗同时男方给予预防治疗。对照组男方未用药。治疗后1、3、6月复查。结果治疗后1月观察组有效率96.88%,对照组有效率96.97%;治疗后3月观察组无复发,对照组复发1人,两组治疗效果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后6月,观察组无复发,对照组复发7人,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论生殖道UU感染的女性患者,配偶UU检测正常者给予少量抗生素预防治疗,女性远期复发率明显降低。

Clinical observation of ureaplasma urealyticum genital duct infection in female and their partner with preventive treatment

Objective To study the relationship between the clinical effect on ureaplasma urealyticum(UU)genital duct infection in female and their partner with preventive treatment.Methods 65 women with UU infection in genital tract and their partners without UU infection were selected from Baoan District Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital in Shenzhen,from January 2015 to January 2018,which were randomly divided into observation group and control group.In the observation group,the male side was treated simultaneously.The male side of the control group did not use drugs.The patients were reexamined 1,3 and 6 months after treatment.Results The effective rate was was 96.88%in the observation group and 96.97%in the control group after treatment for 1 month,the recurrence was 0 in the observation group and 1 in the control group respectively 3 month after treatment,there were no significant differences between the two groups(P>0.05).The recurrence was 0 in the observation group,and 7 in the control group respectively 6 month after treatment,which was significantly different between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The prevent treatment in the partners without UU infection with a small amount of antibiotics would benefit at the preventing long-term recurrence in the female patients with genital tract UU infection.
