摘    要:作为一种无创热消融技术,高强度聚焦超声(HIFU)越来越广泛地用于治疗子宫肌瘤,疗效肯定。微泡造影剂在病灶识别、HIFU消融后疗效评估及增效方面均具有重要临床价值。本文就微泡造影剂在HIFU治疗子宫肌瘤中的研究进展进行综述。

Abstract:As a non-invasive thermal ablation technique, high intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) has been widely used in treatment of uterine fibroids with affirmed efficacy. Microbubble contrast agent has important clinical value in the visualization of lesions, the evaluation of efficacy after HIFU ablation and the mechanism of synergy. The advancements of microbubble contrast agent in treatment of uterine fibroids with HIFU were reviewed in this article.
