摘    要:乳腺癌已成为全球女性患者最常见的恶性肿瘤。MR体素内不相干运动(IVIM)模型能够提高对乳腺癌的综合诊断效能,IVIM参数对鉴别乳腺良恶性病变、新辅助化疗后疗效判断及诊断非肿块样病变等有重要价值。本文对IVIM的成像理论基础及其在诊断乳腺癌中的应用进展进行综述。

Abstract:Breast cancer has become the most common cancer in females globally. MR voxel incoherent motion (IVIM) model can improve the comprehensive diagnostic efficacy of breast cancer. At present, IVIM parameters are of great value in the identification of benign and malignant breast lesions, the detection of curative effects after neoadjuvant chemotherapy and the diagnosis of non-tumor-like lesions. The imaging theory of IVIM and its application in diagnosis of breast cancer were reviewed in this article.
