宏基因二代测序技术辅助诊断波氏假阿利什霉肺部感染一例

摘    要:一位有哮喘病史的老年女性左上肺小细胞癌切除术后4年出现咳嗽咳痰伴胸闷,影像学表现为肺部空洞,反复抗感染治疗效果不佳,空洞逐渐扩大,患者痰宏基因二代测序技术(mNGS)检测出波氏假阿利什霉,与痰培养结果一致,经过伏立康唑单药抗真菌治疗后,肺内病灶呈现好转趋势。

Abstract:A elderly woman with a history of asthma developed cough, expectoration and chest distress 4 years after resection of small cell carcinoma of the left upper lung. The effect of repeated anti infection treatment was not good, the imaging manifestations were pulmonary cavity and it gradually expanded, Metagenomic Next-generation Sequencing(mNGS) of the patients sputum showed Pseudallescheria boydii, which was consistent with the culture results. After the treatment of voriconazole, the pulmonary lesions showed a trend of improvement.
