| 摘 要： | 目的 评价活性维生素D治疗2型糖尿病肾病有效性及安全性。方法 计算机检索Cochrane library、Pubmed、Embase数据库。应用RevMan5.2软件进行统计分析。结果 治疗组显著减少24小时尿蛋白［OR=0.28,95%CI(0.24,0.33),P＜0.000 01］，高血钙不良事件发生率较对照组有显著性差异［OR=4.86,95%CI(1.09,21.56),P=0.04］。结论 活性维生素D治疗2型糖尿病肾病，显著降低患者24小时尿蛋白，但增加高血钙不良事件发生的风险。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the efficacy of active vitamin D in the treatment of type 2 diabetic nephropathy.Evaluating the safety of active vitamin D in the treatment of type 2 diabetic nephropathy.Methods We retrieved the Cochrane library,Pubmed,Embase databases and other relevant literatures. Meta-analysis was performed using RevMan5.2 software.Results Meta-analysis outcomes showed that vitamin D treatment group significantly reduced 24-hour urine protein [OR=0.28, 95%CI(0.24,0.33),P<0.00001]. There was statistical difference in high calcium blood [OR=4.86, 95%CI (1.09,21.56),P=0.04].Conclusion In this meta-analysis, the use of active vitamin D in the treatment of type 2 diabetic nephropathy can significantly reduce 24-hour urinary protein,but increase the risk of hypercalcemia. |
