| 摘 要： | 对比剂应用日益频繁,对比剂诱导急性肾损伤(CI-AKI)的发生随之增加。对于CI-AKI的发病机制尚不完全清楚,尤其对糖尿病(DM)基础上CI-AKI的发病机制研究甚少。DM的高糖状态可促进CI-AKI发生。本文对糖尿病CI-AKI发生机制的研究进展进行综述。

| Abstract: | With the development of radiology, the application of contrast agent is more frequent, and the incidence of contrast-induced acute kidney injury (CI-AKI) is increasing. At present, the pathogenesis of CI-AKI is not completely clear, especially of CI-AKI in the context of diabetes mellitus (DM). The high glucose state in DM may promote CI-AKI. The research advances of the mechanism of CI-AKI in the context of DM were reviewed in this article. |
