| 摘 要： | 非酒精性脂肪肝病是目前世界上最常见的慢性肝病之一，其包括单纯性脂肪肝、脂肪性肝炎、肝纤维化和肝硬化等多种肝病理改变。由于非酒精性脂肪肝病在2型糖尿病中的高患病率，因此两者之间具有非常复杂的关系。本综述中，我们重点讨论了非酒精性脂肪肝病和2型糖尿病的发病机制及两者之间的关系，以期加深对两者的了解，为其临床治疗提供参考。

| Abstract: | Non Alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD) is currently the most commom chronic liver disease in the world, encompassing various pathological abnormalities ranging from simple steatosis,steatoheptitis,to hepatic fibrosis and cirrhosis.The association between NAFLD and Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus (T2DM) is strong and conplex,given that the prevalence of NAFLD is particularly high in individuals with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus.In this review,we focused on the mechanisms and relationships of NAFLD and T2DM in order to deep the understanding of both and provide guidance for their clinical treatment. |
