| 摘 要： | 炭疽是一种人畜共患疾病,是我国法定乙类传染病。本文报道1例33岁男性,自述虫咬伤后出现右前臂皮疹,自行挑破后出现发红、水泡伴少量脓液,微生物检验阴性,同步送检血宏基因二代测序技术(Metagenomic next-generation sequencing,mNGS)提示炭疽芽孢杆菌。本文从皮肤炭疽的早期诊断和指导院内感染防控的角度,探讨mNGS的临床应用价值。

| Abstract: | Anthrax is a zoonotic disease, which is a legal class B infectious disease in China.A 33 year old male presented with a rash on his right forearm after being bitten by insect. He developed red and blisters with a small amount of pus after self-care. The microbiological test was negative, while the Metagenomic next-generation sequencing(mNGS) of blood sample revealed Bacillus anthracis. This paper discusses the clinical application value of mngs from the early diagnosis of cutaneous anthrax and the prevention and control of nosocomial infection. |
