| 摘 要： | 子宫内膜病变是女性常见的妇科疾病，包括黏膜下肌瘤、子宫内膜息肉、子宫内膜增生和子宫内膜癌等。子宫内膜增生是癌前病变，早期诊断可有效降低恶变率。超声弹性成像现已逐渐应用于妇科领域。本文对超声弹性成像的分类、原理及其在子宫内膜病变诊断中的应用进展进行综述。

| Abstract: | Endometrial lesions are common gynecological diseases in women, including submucosal fibroids, endometrial polyps, endometrial hyperplasia and endometrial cancer, etc. Endometrial hyperplasia is one of the precancerous lesions, and early diagnosis can effectively reduce the rate of malignancy. Ultrasound elastography has been gradually used in gynecology. The classification, principles of ultrasound elastography and its application in diagnosis of endometrial lesions were reviewed in the article. |
