| 摘 要： | 子痫前期属妊娠相关性疾病,可导致不良妊娠结局,亦增加产后罹患心血管疾病风险。早期评价子痫前期患者心脏功能,有助于进行疾病危险分级、临床分层管理并改善妊娠结局。超声心动图可识别心脏早期改变,定量评估子痫前期心脏形态和功能变化。本文对超声心动图评估子痫前期心脏功能研究进展进行综述。

| Abstract: | Pre-eclampsia is a pregnancy-related disorder, which can lead to adverse pregnancy outcomes and increase the risk of postpartum cardiovascular disease. Assessing cardiac function in the early stage of pre-eclampsia contributes to classify cardiac disease risk, stratify clinic management and improve pregnancy outcomes. Echocardiography can identify and quantitatively evaluate the changes in cardiac deformation and function in women suffering from pre-eclampsia in early stage. Research advancements of echocardiography in evaluating cardiac function changes in pre-eclampsia were reviewed in this article. |
