| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了牙种植体表面释放金属离子和颗粒现象的发现、分布以及影响其释放的因素，讨论其释放的金属离子或颗粒对生物体的影响，并探讨了新型材料及表面处理技术在减少种植体释放金属离子或颗粒方面进展，以期对种植体材料和加工技术的改进、临床操作的规范化、临床疗效的预后判断提供理论依据。

| Abstract: | This article describes the phenomenon of metal ions and particles releasing from dental implant surface, focusing on their distribution, associated risk factors and biological impacts. The article also reviews the advanced materials and surface modification methods that might reduce the metal release, which provides evidence for product development, treatment guidelines, and long-time prognosis for dental implantation. |
