| 摘 要： | 随着人口老龄化的加快,神经退行性疾病的发病率呈逐年上升的趋势。神经退行性疾病具有病因复杂、病程长、难治愈等特点,目前银杏叶提取物的神经保护作用已被广泛认可,但其有效成分及其具体作用机制尚未明确。本文将根据神经退行性疾病的发病机制来探讨银杏叶提取物对神经的保护作用,主要从其改善Aβ聚集、抗炎、抗氧化、抗凋亡、保护线粒体、调节能量代谢等角度来研究其治疗神经退行性疾病的机制。

| Abstract: | With the aging of the population,the incidence of neurodegenerative diseases is increasing year by year.The characteristics of neurodegenerative diseases are complicated,long course,difficult to cure,etc.At present,the neuroprotective effect of Ginkgo biloba extract has been widely recognized,but its specific mechanism of action and its active ingredients are not yet clear.According to the pathogenesis of neurodegenerative diseases,we will explore the protective effect of Ginkgo biloba extract on nerves in this article and study its mechanism for the treatment of neurodegenerative disease from its improvement of Aβaggregation,improvement of neuroinflammation,anti-oxidation,anti-apoptosis,protection of mitochondrial function,regulation of energy metabolism,etc.. |
