紫杉醇纳米制剂的研究进展

摘    要:紫杉醇是微管抑制剂,临床用于治疗乳腺癌、卵巢癌等癌症的一线药物,溶解度较低为其临床应用带来诸多难题。纳米载体在药物递送中具有独特的优势,包括提高药物溶解度、增加药物循环时间、靶向运输至肿瘤部位、降低全身毒性等。本文综述了近几年紫杉醇纳米制剂的研究进展,为紫杉醇的进一步研究提供思路。

Abstract:Paclitaxel is a microtubule-binding compound that is clinically used for the treatment of breast cancer, ovarian cancer, and so on.The low solubility of paclitaxel leads to many problems for the clinical application.Nanocarriers have unique advantages in drug delivery, including improving drug solubility, increasing drug circulation time, targeting delivery to tumor sites, reducing systemic toxicity, and so on.This review summarized the research progress of paclitaxel nanopreparations in recent year for further research of paclitaxel.
