开展预康复降低日间手术当日手术取消率的效果分析与探讨

目的 开展预康复降低日间手术当日手术取消率的效果分析与探讨。方法 选取东部战区总医院2018年5月-2019年11月预约日间手术的患者2656例为研究对象，以2019年2月应用术前预康复为时间截点，将2018年5月-2019年1月的1266例设为对照组，2019年2月-2019年11月1390例设为观察组，对照组采用常规围手术期管理模式，观察组采用术前预康复理念模式，比较两组患者日间手术取消原因，手术取消率，手术前等待的时间，医生及患者满意度。结果 观察组日间手术当日取消率显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组手术前等待的时间（96.87±5.77）h、医生满意度（98.87±6.89）%及患者满意度（96.87±5.77）%均优于对照组（112.8±20.45）h、（92.79±6.56）%（90.79±4.47）%]，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：日间手术取消原因多样，医院应用术前预康复理念能有效减少日间手术的当日手术取消率，手术前等待的时间，提高日间医生、患者满意度及工作效率，避免医疗资源浪费，确保患者医疗安全。

Objective Analysis and Discussion on the effect of pre rehabilitation to reduce the cancellation rate of daytime operation. Methods A total of 2656 patients scheduled for day surgery from May 2018 to November 2019 in the Eastern Theater General Hospital were selected as the research subjects.The pre-rehab preoperative rehabilitation in February 2019 was used as the time cutoff.1266 cases in January were set as the control group, and 1390 cases from February 2019 to November 2019 were set as the observation group. The control group adopted the conventional perioperative management mode, and the observation group adopted the preoperative pre-rehabilitation concept mode. The two groups were compared. Reasons for the same day cancellation of the day surgery, the cancellation rate of the operation, the waiting time before the operation, and the satisfaction of the doctor and the patient. Results The same day cancellation rate of day surgery in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The waiting time (96.87±5.77) h, doctor satisfaction (98.87±6.89)%, and patient satisfaction (96.87±5.77)% in the observation group were better than those in the control group (112.8±20.45) h, (92.79±6.56)%(90.79±4.47)%], the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion There are various reasons for the cancellation of day surgery. The application of the pre-rehabilitation concept in the hospital can effectively reduce the cancellation rate of day surgery, the waiting time before surgery,improve the satisfaction and work efficiency of day doctors and patients, and avoid waste of medical resources.Ensure patient safety.
