宏基因二代测序在医院传染性疾病防控中的价值:病例系列研究

摘    要:目的:评价宏基因二代测序(mNGS)检测在医院传染性疾病防控中的价值。方法:回顾性分析2018年1月1日至2019年12月31日符合入选标准的患者。比较其mNGS及培养结果。结果:在入选的5例患者中,mNGS结果:分别检出炭疽芽孢杆菌1例,霍乱弧菌1例,结核分枝杆菌复合群1例,三日疟原虫1例,恶性疟原虫1例。5例患者均在临床培养阴性的情况下借助mNGS提早确诊传染性疾病并进行医院感染防控措施的调整,随访30日内,未出现院内传播的新发病例。结论:mNGS在医院传染病的早期识别与诊断中有重要作用,对于医院感染防控早期干预起到良好的指导效果。

Abstract:Objective: To evaluate the value of metagenomic Next Generation Sequencing (mNGS) in the prevention and control of nosocomial infectious diseases.Methods: Retrospectively analyzed the patients who met the inclusion criteria from January 1, 2018 to December 31, 2019. Compared the results of mNGS and clinical culture.Results: Among the 5 selected patients, mNGS results detected 1 case of Bacillus anthracis, Vibrio cholerae, Mycobacterium tuberculosis complex, Plasmodium vivax and Plasmodium falciparum respectively. All the 5 patients were diagnosed with infectious diseases earlier by mNGS when the clinical culture was negative, followed the control measures of nosocomial infection were adjusted. No new cases of nosocomial transmission were found within 30 days of follow-up.Conclusion: The mNGS plays an important role in the early identification and diagnosis of infectious diseases, and plays a good guiding effect for the early intervention of nosocomial infection prevention and control.
