百令胶囊联合舒洛地特对老年糖尿病肾病患者血管内皮功能和氧化应激功能指标的影响

目的 探究百令胶囊联合舒洛地特对老年糖尿病肾病患者血管内皮及氧化应激功能指标的影响。方法 选择2015年1月—2018年1月于榆林市第二医院治疗的102例老年糖尿病肾病患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法将患者分为对照组（n=51）和观察组（n=51）。对照组患者服用舒洛地特软胶囊，1粒/次，2次/d。观察组患者在对照组基础上服用百令胶囊，3~6粒/次，3次/d。两组均连续服用8周。比较两组患者治疗前后的血糖和血脂水平、血管内皮功能指标和氧化应激功能指标水平。结果 治疗后，两组空腹血糖（FPG）、总胆固醇（TC）、三酰甘油（TG）水平均显著降低，同组治疗前后比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组FPG、TC、TG水平显著低于对照组，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组血清可溶性细胞间黏附分子-1（sICAM-1）、内皮素-1（ET-1）水平均显著降低，同组治疗前后比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；且观察组患者血管内皮功能指标显著低于对照组，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）水平均明显上升，丙二醛（MDA）水平明显下降，同组治疗前后比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；且观察组SOD和MDA水平明显优于对照组，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 百令胶囊联合舒洛地特对老年糖尿病肾病患者具有较好的治疗效果，能够显著改善患者血管内皮功能及氧化应激功能。

Effect of Bailing Capsules combined with sulodexide on vascular endothelial and oxidative stress function in elderly patients with diabetic nephropathy

Objective To investigate the effects of Bailing Capsules combined with sulodexide on vascular endothelial function and oxidative stress in elderly patients with diabetic nephropathy. Methods A total of 102 elderly patients with diabetic nephropathy who were treated in Yulin NO. 2 Hospital from January 2015 to January 2018 were selected as study subjects. According to the random number table method, the patients were divided into control group (n=51) and observation group (n=51). Patients in the control group were po administered with Sulodexide Soft Capsules, 1 grain/time, twice daily. Patients in the observation group were po administered with Bailing Capsules on the basis of control group, 3-6 grains/time, three times daily. Both groups took the drug for 8 weeks. After treatment, the levels of blood glucose and lipid levels, vascular endothelial function and oxidative stress function before and after treatment in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, FPG, TC and TG levels in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference in the same group before and after treatment was statistically significant (P<0.05). And the levels of FPG, TC and TG in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the difference between two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, sICAM-1 and ET-1 levels in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant before and after treatment in the same group (P<0.05). Moreover, the vascular endothelial function index of the observation group was significantly lower than those of the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, SOD level in two groups increased significantly, while MDA level decreased significantly, and the difference in the same groups before and after treatment was statistically significant (P<0.05). Moreover, SOD and MDA levels in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group, and the difference between two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Bailing Capsules combined with sulodexide has a good therapeutic effect on elderly diabetic nephropathy patients, and can significantly improve the vascular endothelial function and oxidative stress function in patients.
