同型半胱氨酸与缺血性脑血管病的关系

目的　探讨血浆同型半胱氨酸 (Hcy)在缺血性脑血管病发病过程中的临床意义以及与病情、伴发症的关系。方法　采用化学发光法测定脑梗死患者血浆Hcy水平 ,并与正常对照组比较。 结果　脑梗死组血浆Hcy水平明显高于对照组 (P <0 .0 0 1) ;重型患者血浆Hcy水平明显高于中型及轻型患者 (均为P <0 .0 1) ;伴发高血压的患者血浆Hcy水平明显高于非高血压患者 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　高Hcy血症是缺血性脑血管病新的重要危险因素 ;Hcy水平与病情密切相关。

Relationship between plasma homocysteine levels and ischemic cerebrovascular diseases

Objective To investigate the significance and effects of plasma homocysteine(Hcy) in occurrence and development of ischemic cerebrovascular diseases and the relationship between plasma Hcy levels and condition of patients. Mothods The plasma Hcy levels were measured in patients with brain infarction by automated chemiluminescence system,and compared with healthy controls.Results In the patient groups,the plasma Hcy levels increased significantly(P<0.001) as compared with healthy controls. In serious patients, the plasma Hcy levels increased significantly (P<0.01,0.01) as compared with middle and slight types. The plasma Hcy levels were significantly higher in the patients with hypertension than in the patients without hypertension(P<0.05) .Conclusions Hyperhomocysteinemia may be a new and important risk factor for ischemic cerebrovascular diseases, the plasma Hcy levels were correlated with serious degree of the disease.
