腹腔镜手术诊治42例输卵管妊娠与剖腹手术对照分析

目的探讨腹腔镜手术与剖腹手术治疗输卵管妊娠的疗效和安全性.方法经临床诊断为输卵管妊娠病例69例,42例采用电视腹腔镜手术.27例为剖腹手术组为对照组,记录术前病史阳性体征,术中情况及住院时间,观察术后恢复情况.结果腹腔镜组的手术时间及术中出血明显少于剖腹手术组,静脉用药时间、肛门排气时间,住院时间,明显短于剖腹手术组.结论腹腔镜下诊治输卵管妊娠是一种有效安全的手术方法,具有手术损伤小、出血小、术后肠功能恢复快、住院时间短等优点.
