| 摘 要： | 目的建立以高效液相色谱法测定川贝止嗽合剂中甘草酸含量的方法。方法色谱柱为Diamonsil C18(250×4.6mm,5μm),流动相:甲醇-0.5%乙酸铵溶液-冰乙酸(67∶33∶1),检测波长:250nm,进样量:10μL,柱温:40℃。结果甘草酸铵检测浓度的线性范围为0.3042～1.5218μg(r=0.9999),平均回收率为97.07%(RSD=0.43%)。结论本方法操作简单、准确,可用于该制剂的质量控制。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for the determination of glycyrrhizinate in Chuanbei Zhisou Mixture. METHODS The method was performed on Diamonsil C18 （250 × 4. 6mm,5μm）,the mobile phase consisted of methanol- 0. 5 % ammonium acetate--glacial acetic acid（67 ： 33 ： 1）, the UV detection wavelength was 250nm and the injection volunm was 10μL. The column temperature was 40℃. RESULTS The linear range of reserpine was 0. 3042～1. 5218μg（ r =0. 9999）, with average recovery of 97. 07%, （ RSD = 0. 43%）. CONCLUSION The established method was simple and accurate, and suitable for the quality control of Chuanbei Zhisou Mixture. |
