关于颈椎椎管矢状径动态变化的研究

摘    要:应用10具新鲜颈椎标本,在冰冻条件下将椎体、椎间盘、椎管和棘突等结构沿正中矢状方向等分两部分。观察和测量椎管在过伸、中立和过屈位置时的矢状径。在动态条件下,椎管矢状径以C_(5~6)、C_(6~7)和C_(4~5)变化最明显。过屈位矢状径最大,中立位次之,过伸位最小。本文讨论了这种变化的临床意义。

Abstract:Ten fresh cadaver specimens of cervical spine were divided into two parts in midsagittal plane after frozen. The sagittal diameters of spinal canal in hyperextention, neutral and hyperflexion positions were measured. Among the three position, the diameter was largest in hyperflexion position and the smallest in hyperextension. The changes in sagittal diameters appeared most markedly in C5-6,C6-7 and C4-5. Clinical significance was discussed in this paper.
