儿童髓母细胞瘤的临床分析

目的 分析总结儿童髓母细胞瘤临床特点及其治疗效果。方法 ４５例经手术后病理证实的儿童髓母细胞进行回顾性研究，结其诊断、手术治疗和中放射治疗的结果进行分析，并结合文献进行讨论。结果 肿瘤全切除及近全切除３２例，大部分切除８例，部分切除５例。手术死亡率６％。术后均行放射治疗。随访到３０例，发生中枢神经系统种植转移４例，复发６例，随访到５年存活率为５３．３％。结论 显微镜下全切除肿瘤组织，解除导水管梗阻

Clinical analysis of medulloblastoma in children

Objectives To study the clinical feature and treatment result of medulloblastoma in children.Methods 45 case of child medulloblastoma that confirmed by surgery and pathology were analyzed retrospectively.Its diagnosis and treatment were discussed with a review of the literatures.Results Total and subtotal were achieved in 32 patients,gross resection in 8 patient,partial resection in 5 patients,operative mortality was 6%,30 patients were followed up,4 of them had metastasis to central nervous system,6 patients had recurrence of tumor.The 5-years survival rates were 53.3%.Conclusions With microsurgical total resection of tumor relieving the blockage of midbrain aqueduct,post-operative radiotherapy of whole brain and spinal cord is an effective method to prevent metastasis and recurrence of medulloblastoma.
