宫颈腺癌早期手术治疗及预后分析

目的：探讨宫颈腺癌早期手术治疗、预后及影响因素。方法以成都某三甲医院2009年1月至2015年1月收治的58例宫颈腺癌患者为研究对象,回顾分析所有患者临床及病理资料。结果患者5年生存率为74.14%,Ⅰ期患者生存率为87.50%,Ⅱ期患者为57.69%。Log-Rank 分析显示,影响宫颈腺癌5年生存率的独立因素包括临床分期、肿瘤直径、盆腔淋巴结转移和组织学类型。结论宫颈腺癌预后的主要影响因素为临床分期、肿瘤直径、盆腔淋巴结转移和组织学类型,手术切除治疗对早期宫颈腺癌患者,特别是Ⅰ期患者治疗效果显著。

Effects of Surgical Treatment on Early Cervical Adenocarcinoma and Its Prognosis

Objective To investigate the effects of surgical treatment on early cervical adenocarcinoma and the influence factors of prognosis.Methods 58 cases of cervical adenocarcinoma were treated from January of 2009 to January of 201 5 in a hospital of Chengdu and their clinical and pathological data were analyzed retrospectively. Results The 5-year survival rate was 74.14%.The survival rate of patients treated in the first stage was 87.50%and that of patients treated in the second stage was 57.69%.Log-Rank analysis showed that the 5-year survival rate of patients with cervical adenocarcinoma were significantly correlated with such independent factors as clinical stages,tumor diameters,pelvic lymph node metastasis and histological types.Conclusion The major factors affecting the prognosis of cervical adenocarcinoma are clinical stages,tumor diameters,pelvic lymph node metastasis and histological types.The radical surgery is effective in the treatment of early cervical adenocarcinoma and especially of Stage I cervical adenocarcinoma.
