血清卵泡抑素样蛋白1表达和冠心病的相关性研究

摘    要:目的:探讨血清卵泡抑素样蛋白1(FSTL1)与冠心病(CAD)发生发展的关系。方法纳入 CAD 患者207例,分为 AMI 组(n=72)、不稳定性心绞痛组(UAP 组,n=65)、慢性稳定性冠心病组(SCAD 组,n=70),同时以 CAG 阴性的住院患者60例作为对照组,采静脉血行 ELISA 检测 FSTL1和转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)表达。结果4组患者在年龄、性别、基本病史方面较为一致(P >0.05),血肌酐、血糖、甘油三酯等生化检查比较,差异无统计学意义(P >0.05),而4组间总胆固醇和低密度脂蛋白水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);AMI 组与UAP 组血浆 FSTL1和 TGF-β1表达明显较对照组升高(P <0.05),而 SCAD 组与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P >0.05),FSTL1和 TGF-β1的 Pearson 相关系数为0.8932(P <0.001);AMI 患者中3支血管病变者血浆FSTL1表达较双支病变和单支病变明显升高(P <0.001),且双支病变患者血浆 FSTL1表达较单支病变患者也明显升高(P <0.05);FSTL1的 ROC 曲线下面积为0.99,95% CI(0.98~1.00)(P <0.001)。结论FSTL1可能与CAD 发病有关,且与心肌梗死程度呈正比,并可能作为心肌损伤的生物标志物。

The Preliminary Study on Follistatin-like Protein 1 and Coronary Artery Disease

Abstract:Objective To study the relationship between Follistatin-like protein 1 (FSTL1 )and the coronary artery disease (CAD).Methods 207 CAD patients were divided into AMI group (n=72),unstable angina pectoris group (UAP group,n = 65 )and the stable chronic CAD group (SCAD group,n = 70 ).Meanwhile,the CAG negative hospitalized 60 patients were recruited as control group.FSTL1 and TGF-β1 were detected in their plasma in ELISA.Results There were no statistical differences in age,gender and basic history in these groups;plasma FSTL1 and TGF-β1 expression in AMI and UAP groups were significantly higher than the control group (P <0.05),while there were no statistical differences in SCAD group (P >0.05);the Pearson correlation coefficient in FSTL1 and transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1)was 0.8932 (P <0.001);the expression of plasma FSTL1 in 3 vascular lesions in AMI cases were increased significantly than 2 vascular lesions and 1 vascular lesion (P <0.001), and FSTL1 expression of 2 vascular lesions cases were significantly higher than 1 vascular lesion (P <0.05);ROC curve analysis showed that the area under curve of FSTL1 was 0.99(95% CI:0.98 to 1.00,P <0.001).Conclusion FSTL1 may participate in mechanism of CAD,and may serve as biomarkers of myocardial injury.
