自体外周血造血干细胞移植治疗实体瘤临床观察

12例实体瘤采用自体外周血造血干细胞移植结合大剂量化、放疗治疗。结果采用化疗药物加粒细胞集落刺激因子加地塞米松联合动员．效果理想，采集到足够数量的干细胞。病人于移植后均成功地重建骨髓造血功能及免疫功能，无移植相关死亡。移植前8例完全缓解的病人，行巩固强化治疗；4例有肿瘤残留的病人，经移植后3例完全缓解．1例部分缓解。完全缓解11例随访1～11个月．1例复发，其余10例均无病生存。

A CLINICAL OBSERVATION OF AUTOLOGOUS PERIPHERAL BLOOD CELL THANSPLANTATION IN THE TREATMENT OF SOLID TUMOUR

Twelve case of solid tumor were treated with high dose chemoradiotherapy. A satisfying effect was achieved and enough stem cells were collected by a combined use of chemothereapy andgranulocyte colony stimulating factor and dexamethone. The hematopietic function of bone marrowand immune function were successfully reconstructed after transplantation. No associated death occurred. Eight patients who had achieved a complete response were given a course of consolidation treatment. Of the four with remaining tumor, three gained a complete response and one gained a partial response. Only one case had a relapsed and the others achieved disease free survial during the followup of one to eleven months.
