格鲁玛脱敏剂治疗牙本质过敏症的扫描电镜研究

目的：通过扫描电镜观察格鲁玛脱敏剂（Gluma）封闭兔牙本质小管的效果。方法：将兔麻醉后，磨除上、下前牙釉质，暴露牙本质，左侧牙为实验组，左牙本质表面涂格鲁玛脱敏剂，干燥60s；右侧牙为对照组2h。后将兔处死，制备电镜标本供扫描电镜观察。结果：对照组兔牙本质表面凹凸不平，呈弹坑状，牙本质小管口完全暴露；试验组兔牙本质表面呈均匀一致状，大部分子本质小管被封闭，极少数牙本质小管外露。结论：格鲁玛脱敏剂能有效地封闭牙本质小管，达到治疗牙本质过敏症的目的。

SEM observation of hypersensitive dentin treated by Gluma

Objective: To study the effect of Glutna on sealing rabbit denimal tubule. Methods: To makedenim hypersensitivity model,dentin was exPOSed by grinding away the enemal from the rabbit indsors. Left incisors were chosen as eXperimental group,and Gluma was distributed onto the denim surface. Two hours later,the experimental teeth and control teeth were removed and SEM was used for observation. Results:The roughsubdue with open denimal tubule Of denim from control group aPPeared,while the eXperimental denim showedsmooth surface,most of denimal tubule were sealed. Conclusion:Glurna can sac denimal tubule effectively and itis a usefull material to treat denim hypersensitivity.
