多西他赛联合顺铂治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效分析

目的:探讨多西他赛联合顺铂治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效。方法:对我院2009年1月~2010年6月收治的43例晚期非小细胞肺癌患者使用多西他赛联合顺铂进行治疗。其中多西他赛于第一日给予1次,每次75mg/m2,顺铂每(1~3)日给予1次,每次25mg/m2。每21日为一个周期,观察患者经过2个周期的治疗后的治疗效果及不良反应的发生。结果:43例患者经过治疗后,2例患者完全缓解,16例患者部分缓解,19例患者无明显变化,6例患者病情进展。其总有效率为51.16%。患者主要的不良反应为骨髓抑制。结论:采用多西他赛联合顺铂治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌可取得较好的疗效,患者不良反应轻,值得在临床推广。

Effi cacy of Docetaxel Combined Cisplatin in Treatmenting Advanced Nonsmall Cell Lung Cancer

Objective:To investigate docetaxel in combination with cisplatin for treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer.Methods:The hospital in January 2009-June 2010 were treated 43 patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer patients with docetaxel and cisplatin treatment.In which docetaxel was given the first day 1,each 75mg /m 2,each cisplatin(1-3) to give 1 day,each 25mg /m 2.Every 21 day cycle,patients were observed after 2 cycles of treatment and after treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions.Results:43 patients after treatment,2 patients complete remission,partial remission in 16 patients,no significant changes in 19 patients,6 patients with disease progression.The total effective rate was 51.16%.The main adverse events in patients with bone marrow suppression.Conclusion:Docetaxel and cisplatin treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer can achieve better efficacy,adverse reactions in patients,it is worth in clinical practice.
