温胆汤加味联合黛力新治疗冠心病合并焦虑的临床研究

目的:探讨中西医结合治疗对冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(冠心病)合并焦虑的治疗效果和优势。方法:将冠心病合并焦虑患者120例随机分为对照组和治疗组,分别给予黛力新治疗和黛力新加中药治疗,疗程8周,于治疗前和治疗后4周末及治疗后8周末进行对比分析。结果:两组患者在治疗前Zung氏焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分比较无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组患者在治疗4周末与治疗前比较SAS评分下降均有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组下降更明显(P<0.01)。治疗8周末两组患者与治疗前比较焦虑自评量表评分均显著下降(P<0.01),治疗组下降更明显,治疗组与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组服用黛力新和镇静剂剂量和时间较对照组减少和缩短。结论:中西医结合治疗冠心病合并焦虑较单纯西药治疗具有优势。

The Clinical Observation of Wendan Decoction Combined with Dea Nxit in Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease with Anxieth

Objective:To observe the effect and advantage of Combination of Chinese traditional and Western medicine therapy on coronary atherosclerotic heart disease with anxiety.Methods:A total of 120 coronary atherosclerotic heart disease patients with anxiety were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,patients in control group were only treated with Deanxit,patients in treatment group were treated with Deanxit and Chinese herbal medicine.analyzing the effect about before and after treatment of week 4 and 8 weeks after the treatment.Results:Two groups of patients before treatment in SAS score compared with no statistical significance,two groups of patients after treatment for 4 weekends compared with before treatment SAS score decreased had statistical significance,the treatment group decreased more obviously.After 8 weeks treatment in two groups of patients compared with before treatment Self-rating Anxiety Scale scores were significantly decreased,the treatment group decreased more obviously,the difference between the treatment group and the control group has statistical significance.The treatment group taking Deanxit and a sedative dose takes time shorter than Control group.Conclusion:Combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of coronary heart disease with anxiety than the pure western medicine treatment has advantages.
