| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨稽留流产的治疗。方法:戊酸雌二醇配无米非司酮、米索前列醇和单纯用米非司酮配伍米索前列醇在稽留流产中的应用比较。结果:戊酸雌二醇配伍米索前列醇优于单纯用米非司酮配伍米索前列醇。结论:戊酸雌二醇配伍米非司酮、米索前列醇用于稽留流产具有出血少,减少需刮宫和二次刮宫的可能更安全。

| Abstract: | Objective:to study the treatment of missed abortion.Methods:Estradiol valerate with no mifepristone,misoprostol and mifepristone and misoprostol used alone in a missed abortion in the application of more.Results:Estradiol valerate and misoprostol with mifepristone and misoprostol is better than.Conclusion:Estradiol valerate compatibility mifepristone,misoprostol for missed abortion with less bleeding,and reduce the need to uterine apoxesis and secondary curettage may be more security. |
