标本放置时间及温度对D-二聚体检测结果的影响

目的:为了准确测定D-二聚体,根据标本采集、运输等实际情况,在标本不同保存时间及不同温度条件下进行了检测,明确测定过程中的影响因素。方法:随机选择D-二聚体检测标本20份,离心后即刻测定,然后分别置于-20℃、4℃和室温保存。-20℃保存的标本仅在24小时测定,其余温度保存标本分别在1h、2h、4h、6h、24h进行各测定一次。结果:-20℃条件下保存的标本测定结果7天内无显著性差异,4℃条件下保存6小时标本和室温下保存4小时的标本测定结果无显著性差异,标本在室温下保存6小时和在4℃保存24小时测定结果与即刻测定的结果相比具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:所以对于检测D一二聚体的标本最好在4小时内出报告,如不能及时出报告,应将血浆放置4℃冰箱保存但不宜超过24小时,24小时之内不能检测的标本须放在-20℃冷冻保存,这样才能保证检测结果的准确性。

Infl uence of the Specimen Storage Time and Temperature on the D-dimer Test Results

Objective:To accurately determine the D-dimer,according to the specimen collection,transport,the actual situation,to save time in the different samples and different temperature conditions were tested,a clear determination of factors affecting the process.Methods:D-dimer were randomly selected 20 samples,measured immediately after centrifugation,and then were placed in-20 ℃,4 ℃ and stored at room temperature.-20 ℃ to save the specimen measured only 24 hours,and the remaining samples were stored at temperature 1h,2h,4h,6h,24h for the determination of time.Results:-20 ℃ under the conditions of specimens stored measurement results within 7 days no significant difference,4 ℃ under the conditions to save six hours specimens and stored at room temperature 4 hours of sample measured showed no significant differences,specimens stored at room temperature 6 hours and 4 ℃ for 24 hours in the measurement results and immediate result of the determination of significant difference compared to(P <0.05).Conclusion:Therefore,D-dimer for detection of the best specimens of a report within four hours,if not promptly a report,the plasma should be placed 4 ℃ refrigerator but not more than 24 hours,24 hours can not be detected in specimens-20 ℃ cryopreservation on,so as to ensure the accuracy of test results.
