静脉滴注葡萄糖酸钙对产后出血的预防

目的:探讨产时静脉滴注葡萄糖酸钙防治宫缩乏力性产后出血的效果。方法:顺产分娩的产妇 116例,随机分为两组,观察组在宫口开大10公分时静脉滴注10%葡萄糖100毫升加10%葡萄糖酸钙10毫升,对照组不用药。两组均常规在胎儿娩出后宫颈注射缩宫素20单位及静脉滴注缩宫素20个单位。结果:两组产后出血量比较:产后2小时及产后24小时平均出血量观察组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:宫口开全时静脉滴注葡萄糖酸钙有助于促进子宫收缩,对防止产后出血有重要意义。

Intravenous Calcium Gluconate in the Prevention of Postpartum Hemorrhage

Objective:To explore the prevention and treatment during intravenous infusion of Calcium Gluconate haemorrage effect of postpartum haemorrhage.Methods:delivery given birth of 116cases,randomly divided into two groups,observer group in the Palace when opening large 10 cm 10% glucose intravenous infusion 100 ml plus 10% Calcium Gluconate 10 ml,control group without drugs.Both groups have regular cervical injection of oxytocin after the delivery of baby 20 units and intravenous infusion of oxytocin in 20 units.Results:Compare two sets of postpartum blood loss:postnatal observation of 2-hour and 24 hour average blood loss after childbirth set significantly lower than the control group,differences are statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Open all intravenous Calcium Gluconate help promote uterine contractions,to the prevention of postpartum hemorrhage are significant.
