鼻内镜下鼻中隔偏曲矫正术37例分析

目的:探讨鼻内镜下鼻中隔偏曲矫正术的疗效。方法:2005年4月至2010年8月来我院收治鼻中隔偏曲患者68例,其中传统鼻中隔粘膜下切除术31例,鼻内镜下鼻中隔矫正术37例。观察两组的手术时间、术中出血量情况,两组患者在术后疼痛、粘骨膜完整性,、偏曲矫正满意度、术后并发症情况。结果:(1)经统计学分析,实验组术中出血量明显少于对照组,差别有统计学意义,P<0.05;(2)实验组在术中疼痛,术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组,P<0.05;实验组在粘骨膜完整性及偏曲矫正满意度方面明显高于对照组,P<0.05,差别有统计学意义。结论:鼻内镜下鼻中隔偏曲矫正术较传统手术术野清晰,手术操作过程直观,减少了手术次数,降低了术后并发症,提高了偏曲矫正满意度,值得在临床上推广和应用。

Clinical Analysis of 37 Patients Undergoing Endoscopic Nasal Septal Reconstruction

Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of traditional and endoscopic-assisted correction of the nasal septum deviation.Methods:68 cases with nasal septum deviation were perated on from April 2005 to August 2010.31 cases accepted traditional operation and 37 cases accepted endoscopic-assisted correction of the nasal septum deviation.To observe the operation time,blood loss,postoperative pain,mucoperiosteal integrity,septum satisfaction,postoperative complications of two groups.Results:(1)In experimental group the quantity of blooding was less than the control group(P<0.05).(2)In experimental group the pain during surgery the incidence of postoperative complications was less than the control group and the mucoperiosteal integrity the septum satisfaction was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Endoscopic septoplasty surgery had a clear surgical field,reduced the number of operations and postoperative complications and improved the satisfaction of the septum compared with traditional surgery.It is worthy of promotion and application in clinical.
