中西医结合治疗重症急性胰腺炎80例疗效观察

目的:探讨运用中西医结合疗法治疗重症急性胰腺炎的临床疗效及价值。方法:收集164例我院明确诊断为重症急性胰腺炎患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组81例患者给予常规禁食、抑酸、抑制胰酶分泌等西医对症疗法治疗,观察组83例患者除给予上述西医疗法外,还给予中医疗法治疗;治疗结束后对比两组的治疗效果。结果:观察组治愈13例,好转22例,有效40例,无效8例,总有效率为90.4%;对照组治愈6例,好转20例,有效27例,无效28例,总有效率为65.4%;中西医结合综合疗法总有效率明显高于西医对症治疗(P<0.05);并且观察组胃肠减压时间、症状缓解时间、血淀粉酶及白细胞恢复时间、平均住院时间以及并发症发生人数上均低于对照组。结论:中西医结合综合疗法在治疗重症急性胰腺炎上效果显著,可以明显缩短治疗时间,减少并发症的发生,值得临床上广泛应用。

The Effi cacy of Combined Therapy of Chinese and Western Medicine in Treating Severe Acute Pancreatitis

Objective:To discuss the efficacy of combined therapy of chinese and western in treating severe acute pancreatitis(SAP).Methods:164 Cases suffered SAP were divided into two groups randomly.Patiengts in the control group were treated with standard method of western medicine.Except accepting standard method of western medicine,patients in the experimental group also were treated with traditional Chinese medicine.Results:The total effective rate of experimental group(90.4%) was higher than that of control group(65.4%);There is significantly difference of these two group at relief of symptoms and sign;the length of stay,the rate of complications and Other aspects in experimental group was significantly lower.Conclusion:The combined therapy of chinese and western medicine has curative effects in the patients suffered SAP,and will be widely used in Clinical.
