| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨甲氨蝶呤及米非司酮联合治疗异位妊娠的临床效果。方法:选择符合条件的异位妊娠52例进行甲氨蝶呤及米非司酮联合治疗,根据血清绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-hCG)水平不同,将甲氨蝶呤(MTX)100mg加入40ml生理盐水臀部注射,共(1~3)疗程,24小时后给予亚叶酸钙(CF)解救,10mg隔日肌肉注射1次,共2次,同时联合米非司酮片150mg口服。结果:52例中成功44例,成功率84.6%。结论:甲氨蝶呤及米非司酮联合在保守治疗异位妊娠中是安全可行的。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the Effects of methotrexate and mifepristone in the conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy.Methods:Select eligible 52 cases of ectopic pregnancy with methotrexate and mifepristone for the treatment,according to different levels of serum human chorionic gonadotropin(β-hCG),to methotrexate(MTX) 100mg add 40ml saline buttocks injections,a total of(1~3) treatments,24 hours after giving leucovorin(CF) rescue,1 10mg intramuscular injection every other day,2 times,at the same time oral mifepristone 150mg tablets.Results:52 cases,44 cases of successful,84.6% success rate.Conclusion:Methotrexate and mifepristone in the conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy is safe and feasible. |
