| 摘 要： | 目的:观察中药补肾调冲方治疗卵巢早衰的临床疗效。方法:将60例卵巢早衰患者随机分为2组。治疗组采用补肾调冲方口服,对照组采用激素替代疗法。结果:补肾调冲方不仅可使卵巢早衰患者恢复月经周期,其月经的期、量、色、质恢复正常或基本恢复正常,类围绝经期症状消失或减轻,而且可使患者的性激素水平恢复正常,中药治疗组与西药对照组相比其疗效具有等效性,药物不良反应中药组明显低于西药组,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。提示:补肾调冲方具有调节卵巢功能,治疗卵巢早衰的功效,且无明显毒副作用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Bushen Tiaochong Recipe,a Chinese medicine,on treating the patients with premature ovarian failure(POF).Methods:60 cases with POF were divided into two groups,i.e.the Chinese medicine group and the western medicine group(the control).The former was given orally BSTCR and the latter was given hormone replacement therapy(HRT).Results:The clinical research showed that BSTCR can regulate the menstrual cycle,duration,blood volume,colour and property as well as relieve climacteric-like symptoms,such as tidal fever,sweating,dysphoria,parethesis of skin,etc.Otherwise,BSTCR also can recover the level of gonadal hormone.Compared with HRT,BSTCR has equivalent therapeutic effect with less drug adverse reaction(P<0.05).Conclusion:BSTCR has the effect of regulating ovarian function and curing POF without marked adverse reaction. |
