正交设计优选葛根降糖颗粒的最佳提取工艺

摘    要:目的:优选葛根降糖颗粒的最佳提取工艺。方法:采用HPLC法,以葛根素的提取率为评价指标,以正交试验法L9(3)4优选提取工艺参数。结果:提取次数为主要影响因素,其次是溶媒量和乙醇浓度。确定最佳工艺为用60%乙醇,加15倍量,提取3h,提取2次。结论:优选的提取工艺稳定,可行。

Abstract:Objective:The optimize the extraction technics of Pueraria Jiangtang Granule.Methods:Uses the HPLC,take the Puerarin extraction rate as the appraisal target,by orthogonal testing method L9(3)4 optimal extraction craft parameter.Results: The extraction number of times for the major effect factor,next is the solvent quantity and the mellow density.The determination best craft for uses the concentration of alcohol was 60%,volume of alcohol was 15 times raw herb,and the herb was extractde 2 times,withdraws for 3 hours.Conclusion: The optimal extraction craft is stable,feasible.
