| 摘 要： | 目的:研究二味中草药(六月雪、黄花倒水莲)对小鼠胃黏膜损伤的作用。方法:无水乙醇法、阿司匹林法、水浸应激法和利血平法制备小鼠胃黏膜损伤模型,测定药后胃黏膜损伤面积。结果:二味中草药对四种胃黏膜损伤均有非常显著的抑制作用。结论:二味中草药对实验性胃黏膜损伤具有保护作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the protection effect of two kinds of herbal medicine(Serissa serissoides(DC.)Druce,Polygala aureocauda Dunn) on experiments model of gastric mucosal lesion in mice.Methods:The four models of gastric mucosal lesion in mice induced by ethanol,aspirin,reserpine injection and water immersion stress were established,and the area of gastric mucosal lesion in mice was measured.Results:It was found that these two kinds of herbal medicine obviously inhibited lesion degrees of gastric mucosa of the four models.Conclusion:Serissa serissoides(DC.)Druce and Polygala aureocauda Dunn have protective effect on experimental gastric mucosal lesion in mice. |
