随着医院规模的扩大及技术力量的不断增强,临床教学情况是医院教学能力指标的反映.如何做好对本科生尤其是卫生管理专业本科生的管理是教学医院面临的新考验.某院作为某医科大学教学医院,结合几年来对专科生的临床带教管理积累的经验,积极对卫生管理专业学生的见习管理,并取得了一定成效.

A brief talk on experience about management of clinical probation of undergraduates in health administration by research and education section of hospital

With the scale enlargement of Anhui Provincial Children's Hospital and the continuous improvement in technology,clinical teaching has become a reflection of teaching ability of hospital.How to make good job of managing the undergraduates especially those who major in health administration has been a new challenge that we face.As the teaching hospital of a medical university,our hospital has made some achievements in the management of the undergraduates who major in health administration relying on years of experience in clinical teaching and management of junior college students.
