我国四年制医学检验教育的现状及对策研究

摘    要:中国医学检验教育经过几十年的探寻与发展,形成了一套比较完整合理的体系,但仔细研究不难发现该体系在教育目标定位、课程设置、师资力量、教学模式、就业出路等方面依然存在若干问题,尤其是四年制本科医学检验教育.针对以上问题,并结合中外医学检验教育的模式及发展趋势,该文从政策制定、课程改革、师资优化、丰富教学模式、拓宽就业口径等方面对医学检验教育教学提出了一些对策.

Current Situation and Strategy Research on Four-Year Medical Laboratory Education in China
Abstract:After decades of exploration and development,Medical laboratory education formed a relatively com-plete and reasonable system,but it is not difficult to find there are several problems in the system with a closer study,especially in the four-year undergraduate.Such as reform targeting,curriculum,faculty,teaching mode,employment opportunities,etc.To solve the above problems,combined with pattern and development trend of Chinese and foreign medical laboratory education,this paper puts forward some strategies in policy formulation,curriculum reform,teacher optimization,enrichment of teaching mode,employment expansion and other aspects.
