通过对床边教学现状的分析,认为其存在教师教得随意、学生学得马虎、病人配合度较差等令人堪忧的现状,提出应从教学前认真准备,教学中注意技巧,体现人文关怀,和谐医患关系等方面来规范床边教学,以提高实习质量.

The importance of bedside teaching standardization to enhance the quality of clinical practice

By the analysis of bedside teaching existing circumstances,we found a worrying condition including instructor teaching arbitrarily,student learning carelessly and patients'low adherence.So in order to make bedside teaching standardised and enhance the quality of clinical practice,we should prepare course seriously before the class,pay attention to the detailed teaching skills,show the humanistic concerns and harmonize relationship between doctor and patient.
