| 摘 要： | 目的：研究罗红霉素对临床分离菌株的药动学／药效学参数，为合理制定临床给药方案提供依据。方法：给8名健康男性受试者单次口服罗红霉素300mg，并于不同时间点采集血样，以平板扩散法测定罗红霉素血药浓度；以平板系列稀释法测定罗红霉素对124株临床分离细菌的MIC，并考察其在1、2、4、8、16倍MIC下对金葡菌和大肠杆菌的杀菌曲线。结果：罗红霉素在体内分布特征符合二房室模型，对124株临床常见细菌的MIC50范围在0．125～256mg·L-1，抗菌效果呈时间依赖性，对革兰阳性菌的抗菌活性优于革兰阴性菌。结论：罗红霉素适于治疗由革兰阳性菌引起的临床感染，可考虑每日给药两次或一次，每次300mg。
