| 摘 要： | 痰浊、瘀血紧密相关,均为病理代谢产物,互为因果,相互夹杂。痰瘀同治治疗冠心病疗效已医学工证实。从痰瘀理论的形成基础、痰瘀互结型冠心病的病机、以及辨证治疗等几个方面进行论述,以探究其临床指导意义。

| Abstract: | From the point of view of Chinese medicine,phlegm turbidity,blood stasis is closely related to the human body and is the pathological metabolites,both reciprocal causation,mutual inclusion.In recent years with phlegm turbidity and blood stasis theory in the medical profession has aroused widespread attention,with phlegm turbidity and blood stasis therapy treatment the curative effect of coronary heart disease has been confirmed by many medical workers.This paper,from the theory of phlegm turbidity and blood stasis forming the basis,the phlegm turbidity and blood stasis mutual junction of coronary heart disease pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation and treatment and so on several aspects is discussed,and to explore its clinical significance. |
