棘豆属植物药理活性研究进展

摘    要:通过对近年来棘豆属植物研究文献分析,对该属植物的药理作用进行了分类整理,以期为科研人员今后开展有关棘豆属植物的深入研究提供参考和借鉴。目前的研究表明,冰川棘豆具有抗菌作用;小花棘豆、甘肃棘豆具有抗肿瘤作用;镰形棘豆在抗炎镇痛、抗肿瘤、抗病毒等方面均显示出了较好的活性。棘豆属植物分布广泛,药效确切,挖掘这一丰富资源的潜力,进一步深入研究该属植物的化学成分和药理毒理作用,对丰富我国药用植物资源很有必要,在新药开发和临床应用上也可以发挥更大的作用。开展棘豆属植物的研究,对发现新的药用活性成分有重要的意义。

Abstract:To summarize the progress on pharmacological activities through the analysis of literature on plants of Oxytropis. It is helpful for the researchers to carry out further researches on the genus of Oxytropis plants in the future. This paper reviewed the researches of various pharmacological activities in Oxytropis. O. glacialis has antimicrobial activity. O. glabra and O. Kansuensis have significant antitumor effect. While O. falcata shows prominent activities of anti-inflammatory, analgesia, antitumor and antiviral. Studies on plants of the genus of Oxytropis will have important significance on finding new bioactive compounds.
