| Abstract: | By analyzing the common psychological problems of junior medical college graduates in employment and the causes, this paper puts forward countermeasures to solve the employment problems in the policy context where our government is vigorously promoting higher medical education in the hope of providing reasonable guidance in employment of junior medical college graduates. |
