剖宫产2063例抗菌药物应用与切口感染情况调查分析

目的：分析剖宫产患者抗菌药物使用与切口感染情况。方法调查我院2010年—2015年5月剖宫产患者共2063例，对其预防性使用抗菌药物情况与切口愈合情况进行统计分析。结果2010年—2012年1118例患者中，抗菌药物使用率为100%，平均使用（4±0.5）d，切口感染率1.43%；2013年—2014年810例患者中，抗菌药物使用率86.8%，平均使用（2±1）d，切口感染率为1.48%；2015年135例患者中，抗菌药物使用率63.7%，平均使用（0.6±0.1）d，切口感染率为0。结论剖宫产患者预防性使用抗菌药物的品种、使用时间的长短及使用率对切口感染无特殊意义。

2063 cases of cesarean section patients antimicrobial agents analysis and investigation of wound infection
