肝动脉化疗栓塞联合射频消融治疗原发性肝癌的疗效观察

目的：探讨肝动脉化疗栓塞联合射频消融治疗原发性肝癌的临床疗效。方法将80例原发性肝癌患者随机分为对照组（肝动脉化疗栓塞治疗）和观察组（肝动脉化疗栓塞联合射频消融治疗），比较2组临床疗效，肿瘤坏死程度及治疗期间毒副反应。结果与对照组相比，观察组治疗的总有效率及肿瘤完全坏死率均升高（P<0.05）。结论肝动脉化疗栓塞联合射频消融治疗能提高原发性肝癌的临床疗效，值得推广。

The efficacy observation of transcatheter arterial chemoembolization combined with radiofrequency ablation for primary liver cancer

ObjectiveTo study the clinical efficacy of transcatheter arterial chemoembolization combined with radiofrequency ablation for primary liver cancer.MethodThe 80 patients with primary liver cancer were randomized into control group(transcatheter arterial chemoembolization)and observation group(transcatheter arterial chemoembolization combined with radiofrequency ablation). The clinical efficacy,the degree of tumor necrosis,and the adverse reactions during treatment period in two groups were compared.Resultscompared with the control group,the total effective rate of treatment and complete necrosis rate of tumor were significantly increased in observation group(P<0.05).ConclusionThe treatment of transcatheter arterial chemoembolization combined with radiofrequency ablation can increase efficacy and safey for primary liver cancer.
