脊髓亚急性联合变性24例临床分析

目的：探讨脊髓亚急性联合变性（SCD）的临床特点及治疗。方法回顾性分析2013年2月—2015年6月我院神经内科收治的SCD患者24例，均行血常规、血清维生素B12水平测定及神经电生理检查，16例患者行脊髓MRI检查。结果应用维生素B12治疗后所有患者症状均有不同程度的改善。结论 SCD主要累及脊髓后索、侧索及周围神经，早期给予维生素B12治疗可明显改善症状，提高预后。

Clinical analysis of 24 cases of subacute combined degeneration of spinal cord

Objective To investigate the clinical features and treatment of subacute combined degeneration (SCD) of spinal cord in order to improve the understanding of SCD.Methods a retrospective analysis of clinical data of 24 cases of patients with SCD in February 2013 to 2015 June in our hospital admitted in the Department of Neurology , underwent blood,serum vitamin B12 levels and determination of nerve electrophysiological examination, 16 cases underwent spinal MRI. Results the symptoms of all patients were improved after treatment with vitamin B 12.Conclusion SCD is mainly involved in spinal cord, lateral cord and peripheral nerve,early treatment with vitamin B12 can improve the symptoms and improve prognosis.
