无菌体液标本检验前质量控制探讨

目的：探讨无菌体液标本检验前质量控制的方法。方法针对目前临床上各种无菌穿刺液标本的采集、采样、储存与送检、医嘱开立方法，提出合理化建议，并应用到临床中。结果选取2014年9月-2015年6月份512份脑脊液、胸腹水等无菌穿刺液标本，穿刺注射器直接送检508例，约占99%；这508例中，其中标本凝集或有肉眼可见絮状物11例，约占2%；标本溢洒4例，约占1%，改进效果明显。结论通过对无菌穿刺液标本检验前过程进行质量控制，方便了此类标本的送检，提高了脑脊液、胸腹水等穿刺液标本的送检质量。
