| 摘 要： | 目的：评估我院中药注射剂的应用状况。方法：对我院2004-2006年中药注射剂的用药金额、用药频度（DDDs）等分别进行统计、分析。结果：我院中药注射剂以清肝利胆类和抗肿瘤药物使用为主,分别占中药注射剂的50.53%和33.24%。结论：符合我院用药特点,但在用药同时应关注不良反应的发生,使用药更加安全、有效、经济和合理。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE ： To investigate the condition of the use of Chinese traditional drugs for injection in our hospital. METHODS： The use of Chinese traditional drugs for injection in our hospital during the period 2004 - 2006 was analyzed in respect of the consumption sum and DDDs etc. RESULTS： Among all the Chinese traditional drugs for injection, those indicated for clearing liver- fire and promoting bile secretion were predominantly used, representing 50.53 % and 33.24%, respectively. CONCLUSION： The use of Chinese traditional drugs for injection in our hospital is in line with the characteristics of our hospital, but the ADRs should be given fully attention to facilitate a safe, effective, economical and reasonable drug use. |
