| 摘 要： | 本文采用Ｃｄ－ＮＯＲ同步银染技术对小鼠骨髓细胞染色体着丝粒点（Ｃｄ）变异进行了分析，在４０个分裂相共计１５７３条染色体中，检出６２条染色体Ｃｄ消失占（３．９％），３４条染色体存在Ｃｄ迟滞复制占（２．１％）。

| Abstract: | Centromeric dots(Cd) variation of mice marrow cells were studied by a simultaneous silver staining of both NOR and Cd.The result showed that the frequencies of Cd loss and Cd duplication laggard were 3.9% and 2.1% respectively. |
