| 摘 要： | “高校贫困生现象”是全社会共同关注的问题。文章从贫困生的就业现状出发,分析了贫困生就业行为的背后原因,提出在大学期间做好贫困生教育工作,是解决贫困生就业、提高贫困生的就业竞争力的关键。

| Abstract: | The phenomenon of impoverished students in universities is a matter of entire society concern.From the present employment situation,this paper analyzes the reason behind the impoverished students employed behavior,then proposes that education work should be done for impoverished students in the university period,which is the key to solving the impoverished students' employment and improving impoverished students' ability to compete for their jobs. |
